Volunteers
If you live
in or near Maldon, you are welcome to help with these
walks and FitSteps will cover travelling expenses for up
to 3 volunteers.
If you already attend these walks, please advise the
Co-ordinator when you are not going to
be available or contact another volunteer to ensure
adequate cover.

FitSteps Strollers Health Walks Maldon
Promenade Park
A
series of short health walks on flat footpaths
and pavements, ideally suited for people
who are new to exercise or can only walk short
distances, at a slower pace. Led by trained
volunteers, the walks take place on Friday
mornings at 10h00 throughout the year except
around Christmas/New Year or during severe
weather conditions. Suitable footwear and
waterproof clothings are recommended. If you are
unsure about any dates or venues, please contact
the Walks Co-ordinator or one of the Walk Leaders
listed below.
