Volunteers
If you live in the
Maldon and South Chelmsford area, you are welcome to help
with these walks and FitSteps will cover travelling
expenses for up to 3 volunteers.
If you already attend these walks, please advise the
Co-ordinator when you are not going to
be available or contact another volunteer to ensure
adequate cover.
Please return completed Walk Reports/Mileage Claims by
the 10th of each month, using the FreePost address,
e-mail or phone.

FitSteps Evening & Weekend Health Walks with
John Mayes
These
walks are intended for those walkers who have
attained an improved level of fitness and can now
manage more challenging country routes, at a
faster pace. The walks, led by trained
volunteers, are 3-6 miles long and take place
every Wednesday during Summer,
from various venues in the district. This year,
we are also trialing some Saturday
afternoon walks. Suitable footwear and waterproof
clothing are recommended. If you are unsure about
any dates or venues, please contact the Walks
Co-ordinator or one of the Walk Leaders listed
below. NB: Please note
that not all the walks are covered by the WfH
Public Liability Insurance.Walks
