Festival of Walks
During October each year, Fitsteps organises a
special Week of Walks in the district.
The idea is to promote the benefits of walking to
a larger audience and a number
of walking-for-health and other groups now take
part in this popular annual event.
With walks ranging from 1.0 to 6.0 miles,
everyone can discover the easy way to
keep fit and enjoy the countryside by trying out
some of the led walks on offer by
the participating schemes. All abilities are
welcome and the only requirement is some
suitable footwear and a waterproof.

Co-ordinator on 07960 168859 or e-mail
