Using the loan Step-O-Meter


About the Step-0-Meter

The Step-O-Meter has a built-in pendulum, which registers each step taken.
There is a step filter function that prevents accidental registration of steps
that are not proper steps. To make the Step-O-Meter count steps the user
has to take six proper steps in a row without stop. If the user stops for more
than three seconds the filter function is activated again.

Attaching the Step-O-Meter
The ideal place to attach the Step-O-Meter is close to the hip. on a belt or
the top of the waistband. To record accurately, it must be placed vertically,
without tilting.(± 15º tilting angle)

Resetting the Daily Step Count
In Step Mode, press and hold both buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
(Screen will show countdown)

Resetting the Cumulative Total Step Count
In Memory Mode, press and hold both buttons simultaneously for 5 seconds.
(Screen will show countdown)

Changing the battery in the Step-O-Meter
Remove battery cover on rear of Step-O-Meter using thumb and fore finger
(no screwdriver required)
