Alternatively, to download
and print paper forms from

and return the completed
forms by post, using the

To help monitor walk
popularity,
please ensure that you
enter the number of the
walk actually led on the
day, with some details of
weather and footpaths
conditions and any new
risks that may develop
over time. Any accidents
should also be noted in
the report.
That way less popular
walk may be gradually
replaced with more
popular alternatives.

Please note
that you need
to enter details of your
vehicle in full as well as
start and finish readings
for each journey.
